Becca Baron

Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Becca grew up in San Clemente back when it was still a quiet beach town. Her connection to nature began with the ocean and sunshine, but her relationship with the mountains runs much deeper—it’s generational. Her family has a century-old cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains, where she spent her childhood exploring meadows and creeks, hiking to waterfalls, and immersing herself in the rhythms of the natural world. With parents who met as ski bums and a father who worked as a whitewater rafting guide, a life outdoors was instilled from the very beginning.

As she grew older, that foundation evolved into a lifestyle of exploration. Becca spent years traveling throughout the West Coast—hiking, road-tripping, canyoneering, backpacking high alpine terrain, and seeking out hidden places along the way. After countless adventures in the Sierra, she knew she wanted to call it home. Today, she lives in the foothills near Yosemite National Park, choosing to be as close as possible to the landscapes that continue to inspire her.

With years of experience in logistics and backcountry operations, Becca has developed a deep connection not only to the terrain, but to the local community that supports these experiences. Her approach is rooted in teamwork, adaptability, and a deep respect for both people and place. As a mom, she brings a steady, grounded presence—able to stay calm in the midst of chaos, anticipate the unexpected, and carry a lot, both literally and figuratively. She is always thinking ahead, problem-solving, and ensuring every detail is dialed so that guides and guests can fully immerse themselves in the experience.

When she’s not coordinating behind the scenes, Becca can be found practicing yoga, studying herbalism, or tending to her mini homestead. More than anything, she values time spent outside with friends and family—soaking up the sun and enjoying a good drink after a day well spent.
